We understand that plans can change, and we strive to make our cancellation policy as flexible as possible for our customers. If you need to cancel your golf cart rental reservation, you may do so at any time without penalty.
However, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your reservation so that we may offer the golf cart to other customers.
Cart Deposit Policy
In order to ensure that our golf carts are returned in good condition, we require a cart deposit at the time of booking. The cart deposit is a separate fee from the rental fee and is refundable upon inspection of the cart at the end of your rental period.
The cart deposit is only for damages and any fines incurred during the rental period, such as parking tickets. If there are no damages or fines, the cart deposit will be refunded in full.
We inspect each golf cart thoroughly before and after each rental period, and any damages or fines will be deducted from the cart deposit. If the cost of the damages or fines exceeds the amount of the cart deposit, the customer will be responsible for paying the additional costs.
